Daddy Day!

What a busy day for Dad!

Took a trip to Rice Lake with Mary, she took us all out to the China Buffet. Which Landyn wasn't too sure of but did like the idea of choosing what ever he wanted (including icecream).

Logyn on the other hand had to sit in my lap the entire time, he wanted nothing to do with a high chair. Probably my fault because he doesn't sit in one at home.
He wants to sit on a chair like his brother.

Logyn ate pretty good though.

Next we went to Shop Ko- I like shop-Ko much better than Wal-Mart, and why on earth would I want to go to Wal-Mart in Rice Lake!

I ask Mary that everytime we come to Rice Lake she always wants to go to Wal-Mart!
We have a Wal-Mart 20 minutes away, and I work right next to it!

It's the Craphole of America!

(yes I do shop there, but I don't have many more choices, and I DON'T enjoy it).

Lets go to K- Mart

Shop-Ko

Just because we can.

Anyways, (we didn't go to Wal-Mart).

After Shop-Ko the boys were pretty antsie by then, so we decided we would go to the park, since there are so many to choose from.
First we went to Narrows Park, which was my favorite growing up. It was really nice, but the play equipment was very hot and the boys didn't enjoy touching it.

Then I got the idea to go to another park on the lake and we could feed the ducks.

We ran to Aldi's and bought some bread, and went to Indian Mound Park, anther one of my favorites.
We got there and it was loaded with geese and their babies. We were a little hesitant at first because of how protective geese are.
Most of the Geese were pretty hungry and gobbles up most of the bread.
There was one Daddy Goose that wasn't too thrilled with us.

He kept hissing at us, so we stayed far enough away.

(I think we ruined his fathers day plans.)
Eventually the Goose started eating the bread too, but he sure kept us in sight.
The boys really enjoyed feeding the geese. Logyn did get a little upset because we were throwing bread in the lake and HE wanted to eat it.
Then after almost an entire loaf of bread, we loaded in the LoRusso mobile and headed for home.

It was a beautiful day, I think Matt enjoyed it.
What a great Fathers Day present, to spend the day with the family!
