Boy... is the Fall season just flying by, or is it just me.
Last week momma (me) had been sick with the awful head cold. It's not much fun at all and
last weekend I suffered with my worst migraine ever. I normally don't get them but ever since having Logyn they have started. I had the darn thing for 2 whole days with no relief.
Monday Matt ended up bringing me into the Doctors office because I just couldn't kick it
I didn't get to see my real doctor because I think we have the same vacation schedule.
When ever I have a day off .... so does he.
I seen this weirdo... that looked at me funny the whole time.
Never going back to that guy.
Needless to say I have hormonal issues... I'm going to discuss this with my real doctor during my physical.
Anyways...
Dr. gave me some drugs.
I didn't like taking anything that said WARNING! Causes severe addiction!
So I started off by just taking 1. Well nothing. So then I took the other one.
I took a little nap but the drugs made my body feel drunk and my mind race...now I know why they cause addiction.
(They make you feel good, and you can get a lot done).
(Won't be taking those unless absolutely necessary).
Then Thursday came the head cold.
Rotten thing.
Stayed home from work Thursday (did not have the swine flu) thank god!
Its so hard to rest when you have 2 little kids ruling the roost while your hubby is away working for 2 weeks.
Worked Friday, and then the weekend came, still trying to feel better I really wanted to take the kids' pictures outside. It looked so beautiful out.
So I dressed the boys up in their first matching outfits ever, and we drove around looking for some nice leafy spots.
My first instinct was to take them to the golf course. I really didn't care if I wasn't supposed to, I WANTED LEAF PICTURES! And I felt like crap so if anyone wanted to mess with me they were going to hear about it.
He looks as though he doesn't know what to do.

We found a pretty spot on the beach. Landyn was actually excited to take pictures, (probably because I told him he could have some M&M's if he was a good boy), Logyn was a little confused. I don't think he understood why mom plopped him down in a pile of leaves.

Good so far...

A little too tight.
They both did pretty good even though there were boats flying by on the lake so some pictures they were both looking around for the cool noise.

They were doing really great, the sun was in the right spot, and the leaves were so beautiful then...
my camera went dead.
AAHHHH!
SOoo I packed the kids back up in the car drove back home for batteries,
(while making the stop to the store for the M&M's before there was a 4 year old meltdown.)
We drove around again and I stopped at Triangle park in town, they have the most beautiful Gazebo there so I thought I would give it a shot.
It was so nice outside and the kids were having a great time so we just sorta hung out while I took pictures of the boys.
It was fun.

Brotherly love
( I did not tell Landyn to put his arm around his brother it was all on his own).

Landyn was just trying a little too hard. But still so cute.
It may be one of my favorite memories of the boys together at this age.
I love this picture of Logyn, its so innocent.

Mommy's little men.
Surprisingly a great shot for a 4 year old!
oooo...
What a cutie!
Landyn's reward for doing such a great job.
Doesn't he look like he has never had anything more delicious.
Mmmm........ M&Ms

My little peanut
We had a good day.
The boys were pooped when we were done, and they finally had some good fresh air. I am so glad we got out that day because right now its snowing!
