Easter 2010
The weekend before Easter Hog wild was having an Easter Fest for the kids. They had stations set up so the kids could dye Easter eggs, make bunnies out of wash clothes, and get their pictures taken with a real bunny.
My boys had a blast. Logyn was infatuated with this rabbit they had to take pictures with. I was a little un-prepared for the pictures so my kids were not all dressed Easter like. I don't think the boys even have decent dressy clothes.
The pictures turned out cute anyways.
It just captures them in their boyish moments.
Say cheese with the bunny!
Logyn was trying to lay on the rabbit.
Logyn and GG dyeing Easter Eggs
He had a very pretty girl helping him.
Landyn and Mom, making a bunny from a wash cloth! They were very cute. Landyn had to pick the biggest eyes for the bunny that he could find. He wouldn't let me take a picture of it, but it was quite goofy looking.
Landyn's Easter basket and the eggs that he dyed.
He HAD to have a pink basket.
Easter eve is when we dyed eggs as a family. We still have eggs left over from the weekend before so we decided we would do 6 eggs. 3 for Landyn and 3 for Logyn.
Logyn really got into it this time!
Mom and her boys.
Easter Morning
Matt and I have an Easter tradition that we started, not only do we dye eggs, and the Easter bunny hides the boys' Easter Baskets, but the he leaves lots and lots of eggs all over the floor. So when the boys wake up, they come into the living room and see tons of eggs all over!
Later on in the day we were supposed to go to GG's for a little Easter get together there.
This included MORE candy and eggs.
And we got to see Great Aunt Vickie, and Bill.
